Hello All,

My wife has been in the country for about 1.7 years now and time is closing for completion of the FLRM

I want to stay on top of things, however i have been told we need to show proof of her stay for 2.5 years.

Could you clarify what documentation is needed/can be used to show proof of relationship, plus what can be shown when it comes to spreading it over 2.5 years.

I may not have much paperwork from her first couple of months, so what could be done to show the spread, my fault for slacking during early period.

Thanks,
Regards,
Kopfan.

Thanks Joppa.

I have something from the NHS from same month as she came into country(registration to NHS letter) - after that is about a 3-4 month gap between my next proof.

From then on I have regular evidence.

If they want a bill, is one bill for say gas enough, or do they want like 3-4 letters.

I have proof of the following,
NHS, - single
DWP, - single
DVL, - single
joint Bank - joint
Adult college registration - single
Gas Bills - joint
Water Bills - joint - this will be setup this week to be honest - so hoping they only need one letter as proof etc
Letter from tenant to say we both live at this property

only a got one for first 6 months(NHS registration) after that It is more regular.

Thanks,
Regards,
Kopfan
