Hi experts,

I want your opinion and take on a issue pertaining to VISA 189.
I have receieved EOI invitation for visa 189 but my concern here is

"If I apply for visa right now and pay all the applcable fees, what will happen in July if my skilled occupation is removed from the list"?
1) Will they consider my visa application and issue me a visa even if my occupation is removed from the removed list
2) I will get a refund of my application visa fees?

Is this info avaible on immi website?
Please advise.

Hi,

As long you have already applied for visa, removal of your occupation will have no effect on your application.
