hi there
can you help with this dilemma ?
just had a call from an agent wishing to help us out for a 175 visa to australia.
however just at the end of the call he asked my wife to provide proof of working 20 hours per week
my wife has worked as a primary school teacher for around 10 or 11 years and of those years she has worked full time for around 9 of them .
the only reason to not work full time was due to starting a family and my wife has the right to reduce her hours to care for the children .
She has worked continually but her current contract for this year equates to 17.5 hours per week .
is this a hard and fast rule of 20 hours ?
any help would be great:clap2:
There is a rule about minimum working hours - if you do a search on the forum I know it's been discussed before but I can't remember the specifics - sorry.
