Probably not. Though check the website of the National Order of Veterinarians here: Déroulement des études

It may be possible to do a certain amount of re-training and/or demonstrate your level of French in order to get recognition.

It seems that it is possible for certain foreign vets to take an exam (contrôle des connaissances) to check their level before being authorised to work in France.
