Urgent - Student Subsequent Visa

A
I am Married, and studying Master Level in Australia. On my visa application form, i mentioned my marital status as "married" but my agent forgot to write my spouse details in application form, but in relationship certificates and family income certificates, her name is mentioned as my wife which is attached with visa application form. What should i do to correct this and apply for subsequent visa to my wife. I m from India. Thank you.
