Hello everyone
i am rohit mehra, working as a chef since 2008, did my graduation in 2006 in hotel management, i want to file visa 190, but i am told that my case will not be a sucessful one as i am working in my father's restaurant as a chef and my itr is also low of 2,50,000 inr. also the person told me that applications are only accepted or grated visa if the person has been working in a reputed star rated property.

just wanted to know how much of it is true. kindly help...

You have a qualification in hotel management but what about as a chef?
Have to you trained ? Studied 2-3 years in a culinary school? That is what you need for immigration purposes.
