Hi all,
I was in US from may 2011 to may 2013 and need to apply for US PCC.
I was trying to get the fingerprints at home but its getting smudged. Can anyone plz tell me how to take fingerprints at home, what type of ink should be used. or should i contact any agency.

Seniors need your help... its urgent !!
