can anyone tell me if UK visa grant or refusal comes via email or it get stamped on Passport
sorry if it does not make any sense

You'll only find out once you receive your passport, they don't notify if you've been granted or refused

is it stamped on the passport?

If it's been denied they will give you a letter with it explaining the refusal, if it's accepted you will have a page in your passport stamped along with visa

Be sure to check all of the blank pages - they don't necessarily put it on the first blank page (an irritating thing, especially if you have OCD like tendencies)... my Fiancée Visa was affixed 6 pages in.

Same, tier 5 was page 9 and marriage visitor was page 4
