Hello Everyone, I have started a new thread as I feel I am not being clear. With that being said: I am my husbands sponsor and I am a US citizen. We are filling out the I-130 form and the G-325A form. On the G-325A form it asks for my husband (UK citizen) last 5 years of employment. He has done various freelance jobs, alot cash in hand, he doesn't have all of their contact info. My question is what proof will they require from him when it comes time for the interview? What would be useful? What have you experienced? There must be people here who have worked various freelance jobs? Thanks again, I do appreicate your help or advice.

Please do not post the same question three or four times. Most of mods and posters have a non-forum job and live in other time zones. It can take a while to get answers.
I do not think that anyone but a USCIS agent involved directly in I-130 reviews can tell you to what degree the employment history will be checked.
