I have US and UK citizenship but have lived my life in america, i want to go to university in england and know i will have to pay international fees but am i able to get a UK student loan, are there any loopholes?

Basically, to be eligible for UK student loan (from the government), you need to have lived 3 years in UK prior to starting your degree course, not primarily for the purpose of receiving education.
