Uk Spouse Visa renewal

Hello,
I had an initial 30 months uk spouse visa which expired yesterday. I have already applied for renewal 3 weeks ago and provided all necessary documents.

I am a Software Engineer and have attended an interview where they want to offer me a job. However, they are asking me for a visa which is expired. I don't know how to prove them that I have right to work?

What I have tried:
1. I tried calling home office, but did not got any answer.
2. I have send them a letter by post and requested if they can issue me a letter in
order to get this job. But no response from them
3. For now they only asked me for doing Bio matrix.

Now, can any one tell me how can I handle this situation. googling I found it take more than 8 weeks.

Please, give me a suggestion. What should I do?

Well, your current visa including work eligibility is automatically extended until a decision is made, under Section 3C leave: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/529332/3C-3D-leave-6_0.pdf
Or just ask them to contact the employers' helpline: https://www.gov.uk/check-job-applicant-right-to-work

Thanks a lot for answering, I have already the second link I found it by googling.

I personally, called to this number. Should I wait for the decision which might be taken within 8 weeks or ask the Company(who is offering me a job). to call them?

I just want to prove them some how that I have right to work

As it's an employer's helpline, they should call about your eligibility.
