Hi to all being new here in the forum.,

been refused for uk spouse visa last may 15 2017, with a complicated situation.
Dealing with the identity theft, stating that my personal details was used by another person for conducting allegde marriage. Our papers are now on appeal and we are just waiting for any update.

Is there someone encoutered already a succesful family visitors visa after the settlement refusal while waiting for the process of the appeal?..Its been a frustating months for me and my husband to undergone this situation. Very much appreciated for any details which could help. ty:)

It will be difficult to apply for another visa while your settlement visa case is on appeal, as you need to disclose visa denial. I suggest you meet in the Philippines or in a third country.

Several months for ECM Review, a year or more for judge's decision, even longer for tribunal hearing (if you paid extra).
