Hello! I've recently got a 18 month job in Spain, starting in November, after which I'll be moving permenantly to Dublin, Ireland. I'm dual british/irish, living in Scotland with my Japanese wife who is living here on a UK family of a settled person visa, which is due up for renewal in March 2019.
My question is would I be able to bring her with me to Spain for the 18 months and then to Ireland after, despite the fact that I have never lived in either of the countries? I understand for an Irish visa your sponsor needs to have been living in Ireland, however I'm not sure if cross-country rules apply for the EU?
