Hi. We live in Vancouver and rent our house in the UK until we finally sell (waiting for that elusive Vancouver housing bubble to burst!).
Currently insure with Admiral Insurance in the UK (building insurance), however we're having trouble renewing as we live in Canada which is our correspondence address (they've known this for two years!).
Can anyone recommend a UK insurer who will provide cover on a UK rented house with the owner living abroad? - Just in case Admiral don't come through
