Hi, I'm a Venezuelan psychiatrist initiating the licensing process to practice in the UAE. I've been told that i'd have to take the oral examination to complete the process, has anyone taken this test? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

There's no single exam body for the various emirates in the UAE. Physicians who want to work in Dubai have to take exams set by the Dubai Healthcare Authority (DHA), those who want to work in Abu Dhabi have to take the Healthcare Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) exams while those who want to work in other emirates, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al Khaimah, Umm al Qawain have to take the Ministry of Health (MOH) exams. You should start your enquiries from the relevant authority in the emirate(s) of interest.
