Your DOE will be affected for sure. Every time you change your EOI to update score or any other data which you declare, your DOE is updated. You will also see your Originaly EOI date and Updated EOI date on the application.
Either ways, you do not have an option but to provide the correct data in your application else you chance a high change of rejection.

No, only when the points calculation gets updated, the DOE will change.
