Would you please advise

what is Residence Card of a Family Member of a Union Citizen (biometrics card) and how to get it

Netherlands Visa Information - Uk - Visa Types - EEA/EU and Swiss national family member

I am a British citizen now my wife has a FLR(M) resident permit valid for 2.5years from today, we have a British born daughter together. Is there anyway that my wife can travel with me to Netherland, when I went to their website the above information is what I find,
and I was wondering how to get that residence card type?
