Hi all,

I am currently on a backpacking trip and decided that I would like to apply for a french working holiday visa while still travelling. Is it possible to apply while travelling or do I need to return to Australia just to post a few form and attend the interview. Any information on this is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Generally speaking, you can only apply for a visa at a consulate, which means outside of France. The French consulates seem to insist on your applying at a consulate that covers your area of legal residence. Unless you can establish "residence" wherever it is you're travelling, it doesn't look good.
Cheers,
Bev
