I can't feel any sympathy for them. The prison sentence probably had to happen, hopefully it will be a wake-up call for the people who seem to think there is something smart about committing fraud.

The people they really need to be giving the prison sentences to is the money grabbing *******s that run these scams.

Also while on the subject, the insurance companies go out of their way to not pay out on genuine claims from what I can see.

Yes those ambulance chasers should be closed down. I think in the cases of food poisoning people claiming should have visited a Doctor and had tests. The false claims ruin it for genuine people.
