Why not just go into "your local" dealership & ask if they speak English (odds on someone will)
Use google translate on your mobile if you are not understood to say "i want to buy X" and very soon an English speaker will be found.

I think it very possible that you would not get an English speaker in a showroom in Madrid.
I don't see why you should travel to get the car. They should send the car to a local dealership which means you could hire a translator near you and go to local showrooms to source the car you'd like.

Whats a ' sum1' ?

English is not the first language for all members so try and use plain English

Well if you want a new car then I'm fairly sure you can order one from their website.
Depending on the brand I guess.
