I have a question on the Transitional allowance newly introduced by Dutch labor law from July 2015. The question is, at the time of computing transitional allowance to be paid to the employee what amount is considered as monthly salary? Only taxable amount i.e. not considering the 30% ruling component or it's the full amount (incl holiday pay, 13th month sal etc)?
I tried googling for the info. Couldn't find anything promising.
