I am going to apply for Canada express entry.

I have done BCA and MCA.
I have two questions:

will MCA be considered as master degree?
do i need two seperate transcript, one for bca and one for mca?

You need to get your education assessed by WES. Canadian education is more highly rated/regarded than education where you live so, guessing, I would conjecture NO.

It is a Master's degree but is unlikely to be considered so in Canada because the Indian education system simply isn't as good as ours.

If you did both at the same school they will be on one transcript. If you did them at different schools then of course you need two transcripts.
