Hi all

We are finally making the big jump, but our situation is a little complicated. We are not / dont want to be applying for the normal working visa as hubby wants to move (open a new branch) his IT business to NZ.

Due to this, we are thinking it will be best if we use the services of a GOOD immigration agent. Can you all suggest any agent in this regard?

Thanks

Good luck. Not the most straightforward route to get in to nz.
I assume you'll be going down the entrepreneur / investor visa route.

We used WorkingIn based in Auckland and they were fine. Didn't do as much as we expected but with hindsight that may have been us not fully understanding the process.
Our situation wasn't straightforward and I'm glad to say it was good to have them on the end of the phone and easily contactable by email whenever we had a question. Without their help we may have just given up. Their assistance was exceptional when it mattered even though we still had to do a lot of work ourselves. You pay for the expertise and not for someone else to fill a form in for you. You pay for them dealing with Immigration on your behalf and applying for extensions to deadline dates etc etc as required.
