Hi

I have a couple of queries about my partners fiancé visa that I'd appreciate if anyone could answer. We wanted to apply next week for the visa.

In the next few weeks, I will be completing and exchanging on my first property. My solicitor has said that the title deeds could be another month or so. I was just wondering if there were any other documents to prove that the home is mine and that my fiancé has adequate accommodation to come?

On the relationship evidence, I know it should be no longer than 10-15 pages but how much detail do you have to go into? Is it conversations of a day or so per month? Our relationship has been since January 2017.

Also does anyone know the real wait times for visa applications?

Thanks

The "Settlement Statement" from your solicitor will suffice as proof of purchase. Include a bank statement showing the source of funds (loan etc), a pic of the house and all should be well.
