Hi all,

My husband is submitting his biometrics and documents for his Tier 1 Dependant Visa.

As he's based in the states, his visa will be processed through the New York Consulate General.

My question is this:

Is he eligible to be processed using the priority service offered by Worldbridge?

If so, we'll purchase the service ahead of his appointment.

Cheers,

Drew

Priority service
This service is only available to applicants based in the USA and is available for all visa categories except:
settlement visa applications (which have a separate priority service detailed below); and
British overseas territory visa applications.
From UKBA USA site.
So the answer is yes, for extra $150.

Thanks Joppa,

I should have mentioned that I read the site, but won't sure of the category of the visa application.

Thanks so much for your reply!

Cheers,

Drew

For what it's worth, Joppa, it is 1st my agent, one of the big companies, that is advising me that the service is not applicable to my husband's case.

Given their disastrous handling of the case to date, it wouldn't surprise me if they were completely off the mark.
