It's not necessary that the preinvite processing will be done in 6 weeks. It can take more time depending on their backlog. See this :

I got an email from NSW for the current Visa grant letter which was not in the required list of pre invite docs. I have replied to them attaching the letter. Waiting for further details.

I just received the invitation to apply for the Visa. One email from NSW and another from Skill select reg the invitation to apply. Atlast after a long wait!

I had an agency hired but they are not that useful. They forwarded me Form 80 to fill and send back. I dont know why they didn’t share this form earlier. It is standard 18-19 pages form. I could have used my earlier waiting time to fill it. It needs travel history for last 10 years. Its gonna take time for me to find my travel history.

Form 80 to be submitted as part of preinvite or the final invite? I read somewhere that it's a standard process for agents.
