Hi ive seen questions about 3r party help prior to applying but not my exact question(s)

Thanks

1) After the first spouse visa is issued and a married couple is in the uk if they meet the financial requirement at the renewal time then does it matter that the applicants relatives were giving financial help in the form of bank transfers over the 2 years? Does this need to be explained? Im talking about £500/month.

2) if you apply with a job and cash savings from the spouse do they allow that some cash savings came from third party help? Do both partners have to submit all their savings account statements or only the account with the most? This is because on flr it asks do you/applicant have any other savings accounts?

3) can a third party pay a cash gift that could be held in an account for at least 6 months untouched to satisfy the whole requirement or is this the old rule?

#1 No.
#2 In that case you need to declare the source(s) of gifts, that they were gifts and not loans. Only disclose savings sufficient to meet the requirement.
#3 That's still the current rule, but you need their letter confirming it was a gift, and preferably transaction record in the form of bank statements. If the amount is large (say tens of thousands), you may want to supply the donor's bank statement showing it came from their disposable income.
