Been reading into tax credits - both child & working tax credits.
I am British, but my wife is on Spouse Visa with "no recourse to public funds"

Are we able to even consider applying for tax credits both or either of the above, with that caveat in the spouse visa clause?

Any ideas?

You can apply for tax credits as joint applicants, just make sure they are aware of your wife's current immigration status.

You must apply jointly, after declaring your wife is subject to immigration control (tick a box on the front of the application form).
