Hola!
I'm a qualified swimming teacher in my home country and am wondering if I can use it here in Spain?

Also, not sure what kind of insurances I will need to teach kids (and maybe adults) in their private pool.

Thanks!

Swimming Teacher is not a regulated profession in Spain, i.e. there is not an authorised body which will accept of recognise any foreign qualifications.

You therefore probably need to start from scratch and get a Spanish qualification as suggested by Xabiaxica, or try to convince an employer (and their insurers) that you are qualified in your home country and that should be acceptable.

Hi I'm an Irish citizen, I have the top level in swimming teaching 1, 2, also working with kids with complex physical & intellectual additional needs. I have been qualified since 2006 I'd like to explore some of my options for next summer to work I spain for 1 or 2 months if the conditions were suitable. Any advice would be great

Perhaps take a look here: Procedimientos | CSD - Consejo Superior de Deportes
Info on recognition of qualifications (homologación de títulos) in the Consejo Superior de Deportes.
Remember that each region (Comunidad Autónoma) sets its own rules, regulations and legislation in this area,
being devolved competence so it may a good idea to find out where you want to settle before you start applying.
