hello, i wonder if any can help going on past experience etc.

When providing evidence of our relationship or supporting evidence in general is it best to explain why it is included with annotation/post it or what it shows? or explain what information I will provide in the supporting letter I will write for my spouse? or just leave it for them to build the story?
thanks in advance

For normal things like communications record, travel tickets and photos, they are pretty self-evident so no or little explanation is needed. Only unusual or exceptional items need annotation, which can be done both on the evidence itself and in the covering letter. For example you could write: Because of pressure of work, I have only been able to visit my fiancée in person once a year, as evidenced in my travel record for 2011 and 2012.
