Hi All,
I have some doubts in applying for the 189 Visa (I haven't got the invitation yet, but want to be prepared). Currently i have included just my spouse and baby as my dependents in my EOI. But if I get my visa granted, im also planning to bring my remaining family to Aus (parents/brother/in-laws), may be in the next 2-3yrs down the line.

So, should I be including them under the non-migrating dependents category, in my current application?

Can any of you please explain on how this works?

Thanks,
PJS

Your parents if both are alive, your siblings and your inlaws are not your dependents. You have next to no chance of gaving them accepted as such. Once you have PR you can sponsor them if they qualify for visas but do they have occupations on the sol?
