Hi,

I got 70points Age(30), English (10), Exp (15), Education (15) when I did points calculation online.

I am planning to get my skills assessed and submit EOI.
I need some information on the reference letters we submit to ACS.

I worked overseas for 2 years among my 11 years Exp, and I want to know how to get the reference letters, as I barely have any contacts now with them.

In the Experience letter, there is no description of responsibilities, and all I have for those 2 years is Offer letter, Exp letter and Pay slips.

Please suggest how to proceed further. I am Indian and working in India right now.

Thank you

Short answer: you have to make contact and attempt to do the needful.

Description of responsibilities is essential for ACS and later DHA.

ACS may also accept statutory declarations and affidavits from a work colleague - do note DHA may not accept this as evidence (page 14):
https://www.acs.org.au/content/dam/...t Guidelines for Applicants V5-6 Aug 2018.pdf

ACS employment reference requirements (page 11):
https://www.acs.org.au/content/dam/...t Guidelines for Applicants V5-6 Aug 2018.pdf

Do note, DHA will need the following info on your employment reference letter (e.g. it requires information about pay, whereas ACS does not afaik):

Thank you PrettyIsotonic.

So to be clear, in case if I am going with the option of Statutory declaration - does this needs to be notarized in singapore? I am checking with those HR's, haven't got a positive reply from them so far.
