Hi All,

I am preparing statutory Declaration for skill assessment by ACS. I have following questions-

1. Is it mandatory to include my employee # of companies I have worked with in the statutory declaration?

2. Do I need to provide email id and Phone no. of the colleague in the document who is writing my affidavit?

A colleague should only be used as a last resort
Supervisor or manager is preferred

The person signing the SD should not only give his name, but also his designation , mobile number and land line also with extension, if available , and official email id to make the SD credible
