Statutory Declaration for the Past Employer not in bussiness

Dear All,

I am little confuse, when it said Statutory Declaration, do I worry about current employer or past employer. I got all letters from current employer which I am working with, also with past employer I have job appointment, responsiblity and reference letter.

The company is closed so do I send the letter for this or just leave it and it will be ok.
My letter look like
My past employer ABC (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) is no longer in IT business, and I am not in contact with them for long time, so I won’t be able to issue any Organization Chart. I am also trying to reach my previous supervisor who is in Canada, but his details are changed and unable to reach him.

To support this statement, I have enclosed appointment letter, job responsibilities and service letter issued by Company, which clearly enlists all my work experience and responsibilities, also a letter issue from my previous customer ExxonMobil, whom I support as Consultant during my job period with ABC.

I make this solemn declaration by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1995 as amended and subject to the penalties provided by that Act for the making of false statements in statutory declarations to be true in every particular.
