Hi
This is my first post and thank you for reading my thread.
I applied for my spouse from Bangladesh end of June 2013.
In Oct the entry clearance officer refused my wife visa to UK. The reason why they refused her visa was to do with her ESOL.
My wife speaks good English for someone in Bangladesh. The ESOL was taken with City and Guilds College.
The certificate was handed in with the application but they wanted her to retake the test. Not sure why, they did advise anyone that has taken a test with city and guilds before the 31st May 2013 have to retake the test.

Since then she has taken the test again and we are currently waiting for the certificate.

I am trying to find out what we need to do once the test results come back. Does she hand it in with her passport? I have put in an appeal just incase and the date they have given to hear something back is after the 25th March 2014.

Any advise will be appreciated.
