Do a search for spouse visa. Also forum member Megera did a very nice set of posts dealing with a Spouse visa application.
I got clear response from SOMV that job or house in not a requirement.
Now the dilema , to hire a agent or file the application on my own.
Any threads you know where someone has documented what all they went throught while filing the application on their own ?
I have got the FBI clearnance and state clearance.
