You appear to know about the financial requirements.

This website will help:

Make sure you have all the documents necessary for financial, relationship and accommodation requirements.

Don't forget Appendix 2

Have you tried search for Cat A in the forum...... lots of people have moved this way.

Hi, welcome to the forum. Could you please make an effort to use appropriate capitalisation and avoid the use of abbreviations?

Have you read through FM 1.7 particularly sections 5.2 and 5.4 which explain what is needed if you are working overseas and returning to the UK to take up UK employment:

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploa...pendix_FM_Annex_1_7_Financial_Requirement.pdf

and FM-SE:

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploa...06_immigration_rules_appendix_fm_se_final.pdf

Feel free to post a checklist of your documents when you are ready and members will give you their thoughts.

You don't need the letters from friend/co-workers/twins etc.

To be honest, you don't need most of what you've posted.

Things you don’t need:

Letters from friends, family and associates are subjective and won’t be considered.

Twins letter
• Sponsors fathers letterLetter from my boss/friend, George R
• Letter from coworker/friend, Heidi R
• Letter from long term friend, Vanessa C-R
• Letter from coworker/friend, Rigoberto
• Letter from coworker and friend, Cinthya
• Letter from long term friend, Nicole A-
• Letter from landlord, James G
The applicant needs to submit his passport, not a copy. They will have a record of his previous visas so no need to copy and the Schengen visa is irrelevant.

Photocopy of applicants passport, airport stamps and visas-
UK visa-04/07/2013-04/01/2014
Schengen visa-24/08/2013-01/102013
UK visa-05/06/2014-05/06/2016
Passports prove age and identity.

Sponsors birth certificate/copy
• Applicants birth certificate/coy/translation/copy
Unless he has a criminal record, this is unnecessary.

Applicants police letter/copy/translation/copy
Photos of accommodation
None of these things prove that you live together as far as I can tell which is what you need to provide as evidence of your relationship if you are married. Things like joint tenancy, joint bank accounts, joint bills or bills addressed separately but to the same address. You need a selection from across your relationship.

You don’t need your savings account if you are relying on Category A. It will only confuse things.

Letter explaining different types of bank statements
• Letter from banco BHD, showing savings.
You really don’t need a summary unless there is something confusing and Category A should be pretty straightforward. You need a letter of employment which includes the following:

(i) the person's employment and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of their employment;
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).

If one of your letters doesn’t include the above, you don’t need them.

Summary of how I meet Cat. A, with current employer for 6 months or more overseas, sponsor returning to UK.
• Letter from human resources at dolphin explorer.
• Letter from accounts at dolphin explorer/translation
You do need to pay the NHS Surcharge and you should include a sample itinerary for when he'd like to travel. Also, if you have a council tax or other utility bill to help support your accommodation, that would be good.
