Hi,

I am currently on the second period of my spouse visa (completed 2.5 years and extended for 2.5 years last year). This visa currently expires next November. Since April this year, I have been in the UK legally and continuously for 10 years, have no criminal convictions, passed life in the UK test and have a Bachelors degree from a university in England. and I was wondering can I apply for Long Residence ILR now? or would I need to wait for my current visa to expire next November?

Thank you in advance for your response.

I suppose you can but you should really wait till you have been here 5 years under the family route. Settlement on long residence is at Home Office's discretion so you have a greater chance of being denied.
