Hello, im looking for some much valued assistance.
I will be applying for the spouse visa for my wife. I will combine salary and savings. The savings are currently held in my fathers name in a "sterling investment isa account". Is this account accepted by the UKBA? The savings would be transferred to my name as a 'wedding gift' 6 months prior to application. Otherwise I might face losing out on quite a substantial tax incentive on the interest accrued as it is an ISA.
If anyone could provide any assistance, or advice it would be vastly appreciated!
Thanks in advance
