I will be submitting a new spouse visa application for my wife in Pakistan as her last application got rejected due to my employment. But now everything is in place so fingers crossed it will be successful. At the time I will be applying, a newborn will be involved as she is due in a few weeks.

1)when applying for the child,is the process the same as when applying for my wife ie will I have to do a full application for the newborn

2)does the baby need a Pakistani passport before his application and will he be given a British passport after applying

3)does it take the same time as wife's application

4)what's the process when applying for a newborn because I have never done this before

5)because the child and wife will be dependant on me,will the application speed up or be given some sort of leniency

Thanks
