Just want some advice here. I live here on a Tier 2 General Migrant Visa. I earn well above the minimum income requirement of £18,600 and have done for well longer than 6 months. My wife who is British and resident in the UK (we also have a British child) and I have been separated due to some rather unfortunate circumstances. We have reconciled as of about 2 months ago, but are currently still living apart due to our jobs being in different places. As we have reconciled and are very much wanting to move forward together (including living together again soon as possible), I would like to be able to apply for a spouse visa at some point. My question is will our brief separation affect my ability to obtain spouse visa? I know that we'll need to prove that were in a loving relationship and that as part of the application process I'm just worried our short separation will affect the outcome. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks very much
