You can do either. If you are still on temporary contract, you must still be employed when the visa application is submitted.
thanks for replying Joppa- my only worry is that if the letter from the employer says i'm temporary- the person making the decision on the visa may not think it's sufficient enough that it is a temp role?You can do either.
