Spouse visa on Temp to Perm Job

Hi I was hoping someone could help me please?

Basically, I am married to a US citizen- she has visited here a few times and I have visited there. I am currently in a temp to perm job through an agency- the contract is 6-12 months with a view go permanent.

1. I was wondering if i do not go permanent and I am still in this role after the 6 months through the agency- could I go through with the spouse visa following 6 months payslips?

2. If I do become permanent- could I use the previous months payslips via the agency alongside the payslips from the actual employer once I have been permanent for a few months i.e. 3 months agency payslips and 3 months employer payslips.

The job would be the same- only I would no longer be working through an agency- I am currently on approx 22k gross through the agency and that would likely go up once I would become permanent.

Any advice/ help would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

You can do either. If you are still on temporary contract, you must still be employed when the visa application is submitted.

thanks for replying Joppa- my only worry is that if the letter from the employer says i'm temporary- the person making the decision on the visa may not think it's sufficient enough that it is a temp role?
The guidance clearly states that temporary contract is acceptable.
