I have been living in the UK for one year with my husband, and I have a spouse visa. Due to changing life circumstances, (I've been offered a great job in the states) we are thinking of moving to the US, and I wonder if anyone can give us some advice on the process. Particularly around applying from abroad.

Do we have to separate during the process, or can we apply from the UK?
Can my UK husband join me in the US while we await his visa?
How long are processing times for visa approvals right now?

Thanks so much for your time and help.:)

Thanks D and T : )
I was reading through the sponsorship info, I've not yet moved back to the UK to start work, so wouldn't have any income information for the sponsorship form....any thoughts or clues?
Thanks!

Can you get your family in the States to co-sponsor?
