Spouse Visa Extension - company recently acquired

Hello all,

We are due to apply for my wife's spouse visa extension in the next week and have a question regarding employment.

I have been in the same role with the same salary for over a year. Frustratingly though the company was acquired 5 months ago, so my employer has technically changed, although the company i work for has stayed the same if that makes sense. Shall I mention this in a covering letter, as well as have this stated in my employment letter from my boss?

Also, how is the best way to send it everything in? The application form on top, and then all the supporting documents behind with an appendix?

Thanks in advance

Yes, the employment letter should explain it.
No specific order, but put them logically like all financials together, accommodation details, relationship evidence and so on. Put application form on top.
