Looks good to me!

No staples or paperclips! It is suggested to tie originals then copies with string. I used sticky notes to separate categories of evidence. If you are doing priority don't forget a copy!

Best of luck!!!!!

Include a sample itinerary for when you're hoping to travel. Do you work? If so, include a pay slips and bank statement.

Sponsor/Financial Requirements

This is not quite right for Category B. For Category B he needs to have earned £18,600 in the last 12 months with a combination of his old and new jobs AND he must currently be earning £18,600/year in his new job. So, you need 3 months of pay slips and bank statements from his current job and 9 months from his previous job and when added together they must equal £18,600 or more.

You also need a letter of employment from his current employer.

Accomodation

Council Tax Bill
Letter from Electric/Gas Company
Certificate of Deposit for house we are renting
Voter Regsitration Letter
You don't need the voter registration. I don't know what a Certificate of Deposit is. You should have a tenancy agreement, council tax or other utility bill and a letter from the landlord giving you permission to live there.

Relationship Proof

Marriage Certificate

You don't need cards. How long have you been together in the US? You could use a little more proof that you've lived together. Utility bills, bank statements, car insurance etc-in joint names or separately.

Since he's been in the UK you need to show log pages only of how you communicate. If it's only been a few months, 1-2 pages is sufficient.

Just put things in a logical order. Something similar to the way you broke it down above is fine. Make a set of copies and put them in identical order and tie each set with string. There is no need for labeling.

Thank you both for the feedback.

Follow up questions/comments:

- I do work -- so how many of my own payslips do I need to include?
- The employment contract is an employment letter from his new job in the UK. I should have written it differently.
- We primarily speak on a program like What's App. How do you get log pages of that?

Thanks again for all of your feedback.

Also, we've been together in U.S. for 13 years...so I can certainly find more proof that we lived together.

There is a question on the app about whether the applicant works so you just need to back that up. One pay slip and one bank statement showing the deposit will be enough. If you have a contract you can include that. It does not impact the financial requirement.

There have been some discussions on the forum about how to get logs for Whatsapp and similar apps. Try searching the forum.

Yes, since you've been together for so long make sure you show proof of that.
