Hi all,

I have been refused the spouse visa on financial basis (which was expected) as I had funds in my accounts for 3 and a half month. I have 14 days to appeal, however, I still need 20 days to complete 6 months statement.

Is there any chance that I withdraw my appeal after 20 days and go for premium service to apply for visa?

will I get 28 days notice if I withdraw my appeal?

Thanks in advance

Having a refusal means there is almost no chance that your application will be decided on the day of a premium appointment because they will have to investigate the reason for refusal. They'll take your documents and send you home. Better to save your money and apply by post.

Thank you for your quick reply, should I withdraw the appeal first or should I apply for visa and then withdraw my appeal?
