I am an applicant under Tier 2 ICT Long Term. My spouse who is also employed and works for the same firm has also secured a transfer to our employer's UK offices and will be applying independently as a Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa applicant.

We have a dependent child aged 3. We are planning to engage daycare services once we get to UK.

Are there any complications that I should anticipate? Is both parents working grounds for visa rejection?

Please suggest.

Check with local nurseries regarding opening hours and possibly wait lists.

I got on the wait lists almost a year before moving and thank goodness I did!!
