I hope someone can shed some light on what benefits I can claim and cannot claim.
My husband is on spouse settlement visa (no recourse to public funds). I am currently working but due to be made redundant by my employer. I have already started searching for employment but if I get made redundant and don't manage to find work.
Can I claim Job Seeker Allowance? If so do I claim as a single person or as a couple.
If I have to take a lower paid job, which pays less then the Tax Credits threshold.
Can I apply for Working Tax Credit? If so do I claim as a single person or as a couple.
