Hi all, I'm unable to create a new post so I'm diverting this one slightly...

Does anyone know if there have been changes to the rules for people born in Spain to non spanish (eu) citizens? From what i see, the child must live in Spain for 1 year then apply?
In the interim, if the child goes on a 2 week holiday, they will need id cards from parents nations?

Thanks!

I've moved it to a thread of its own for you - to start a new thread, just click the button as shown, when you're on the main Spain page

in answer to your questions - yes you can apply after & year - & yes the child would need a national ID card/passport from the country where the parents hold nationality
