Hi,
I would like to express my opinion , while I was going SOL list and found the most basic ACO code of IT 2231-79 is not present and its move to off list .

The first thing in my mind strike is DIAC want them to come through state sponsership , they probaly want to move big chunk in state sponsership

Once state sponsorship will be open off list will be having options to wait 3 years or go now via state sponsorship

What do you think about this?

Right now ther eis no option of state sponsorship, all states have stopped taking in applciations,t hey are waiting for the SMP list to be approved.. its either SMP or no visa for the skills not in new SOL

Yep you are rite and I am sure there will be
and most probably it will be some thing like they will accept only off list
Else there is no way to encourage people to go for state migration

People waiting from long time are enough frustrated and this option will be light of ray for them , they will do what diac wants with smiling faces
